They are in the middle of a major renovation and still attempting to provide a good service. Stayed two nights in Jan 2012. Hotel is under extensive renovation. The lobby is now completed (very contemporary chic looking), but others are well underway. I was upgraded to the Preferred floor. Hallway looks sad and worn, bedroom is equally tired. (Hope they have plans to renovate these too). Sleep quality was good, but expect to get awoken by 7am.... More
