Berkeley Apartments was dirty and a bit run-down. They are not accessible by the Hoppa. You can take the Hoppa to the Holiday Inn Ariel drop-off and then walk around the back of the hotel. Its located behind holiday inn ariel, took the hoppa H6, but was told at check in that there is a free local bus service to the airport.
