Had a lovely, restful evening before our early morning flight. Service at the desk was very efficient and courteous and the doorman was very quick to see to our luggage both entering and leaving the hotel. Overall a very comfortable and pleasant hotel . Very convenient for Heathrow, efficient and courteous check in and a very nice room on the club floor. Starbucks in the lobby make for a good coffee and snack breakfast, and the staff in the sports bar/restaurant were extremely nice. Would definately stay here again especially as the cost was £119 including 18 days parking, through holiday extras. more
