Really courteous, professional staff in reception. The room was immaculate and quite oppulent to be honest. Was a really nice one night stay, and would definitely stay there again. more

Recption was slower than average, mis-programmed length of stay into key card. Room was clean, all features functioned properly. Food in restaurant was good but service was slow. Food in executive lounge was of below average quality and selection. For the price, I expected more! more

Although it is very modern the Marriot at Heathrow is a lovely hotel. It is so well so und proofed that you are not able to hear the aircraft taking off a few hundred yards away. We (2 adults and 2 children) stayed in the hotel for 3 nights for Logoland and Chessington World of Adventure.. The hotel is clean and breakfast was very good. Although it is not far from a run-way, the room was quiet. more
