great location, nice room with warm shower, owners very friendly, cooked breakfast was only slight downfall with overcooked eggs and overcooked mushrooms. Also probably the worst low cost undercooked sausages I have ever tasted. Sort the breakfast out and its 10 out of 10 for me.

The owners are friendly and provide a nice cooked breakfast, cereals and toast. Our room was nicely decorated and the bathroom had recently been refurbished. The radiator was a bit temperamental but the rest of of the guest house fine. Good location-very handy for Lord Street and all attractions.

Stayed here last weekend. No complaints. What you pay is what you get. Clean welcoming nothing too much trouble for staff. So what it the lamps don't match want five star pay five star prices. Would stay again thank you. Ignore negative reviews make your own mind up
