We stayed for 2 nights over the bank holiday for my birthday and had a great time. We did not go expecting a 5 * hotel and as such didn't have any unrealistic expectations,(i think some people see the pics of the lovely, large old building and expect something that at no point does this place claim to be!). We... More

Thankyou ever so much for your kind review. Your words regarding expectations are so true. We ask people to check our own website if they originally found us through a tourist site so they know exactly what facilities we provide. We find it quite galling when the small minority moan when they expect TV and trouser press at such budget... More

Myself , partner , friend and his partner booked two double rooms at this so called hotel (hostel if truthful) and were looking forward to our stay after viewing what after our arrival were clearly very dated pictures of this place. Now i must firstly say we were aware that this was one of the cheaper accommodations on offer in... More

We feel we must now respond to this review as, following his apology by text and promise to remove it, he has not done so. On the second night of their stay I recieved a phone call at 4am about noise on their floor which I IMMEDIATELY responded to (within 3 minutes); 2 girls from 1 room had joined 3... More

We came away for two night break and thought the 'hotel' looked great until we turned up and thought what the heck are we doing here. Ive never been to such a awful place before that class themselves as a hotel. The owners should be discussed with themselves at advertising this place. And should not be able to serve food... More

We sincerely apologies that your experince was a disappointment. We were away for a few days in hospital and had a 'stand in' Manager who, in fairness, was not sure of the 'ropes'. Our website asks our guests to bring towels but we have provided towles free of charge if required for 2 years now as well as tea/coffee trays... More

Recently stayed with a group of 10 friends and signed up to the water sports weekend. I only live 15 miles away but would come back in a flash. Amazing value for money! Great spot, great breakfast, great welcome. If your looking for an adventure weekend in one of the nicest coastal places in the world then look no further.. More

My children and I came for the May half term holidays with my Mum. The hotel is situated right next to a little play area and overlooking the beach so great for the kids. Our room had a spectacular view of the south beach and right across to Caldey Island! The room was clean and tidy and the prices very... More

We stayed at Kinloch for a hen party and it was a great place for groups. As expected of a hostel it is basic accommodation, but it was exactly what we wanted for a group trip, and Gethin and Caroline pulled out all the stops to make it a great weekend. We had two dorm rooms between 11 of us,... More

I stayed at Kinloch Court with four friends - in lovely large room with five beds. We were blown away by the beauty and convenience of the location, and the the host, Gethin, is super friendly, flexible and hospitable! The place was clean, showers were good, had a great sleep, and thoroughly enjoyed the cooked breakfast. Would definitely recommend to... More

I stayed at Kinloch Court in a group of 11 girls aged 25-35 for one night and we were blown away by the lengths Gethin and his team went to for us! We stayed in the two bunk rooms which were basic and at the extreme top and bottom of the building but what you’d imagine a hostel room with... More

A highly enjoyable stay at Kinloch Court Hotel thanks to the host Gethin. He went above and beyond for our group of 5. The room was huge, beds comfy and the breakfast in the morning was delish - just what we needed ahead of our marathon. The location was perfect, close to everything - and carparking was a bonus too.... More

We had a great stay at Kinloch Court thanks to the awesome host Gethin and the location! We stayed in the 5 bed room which was ideal for us and slept really well just before we took on the Wales marathon. Aside from the central location being fantastic, the place was clean, great value and the cooked breakfast was a... More
