This hotel is just what you need when travelling to a remote area - it was warm, friendly and had attentive service. I really thought the hotel food was great and would recomend the venison. It is a great base to see the delights of Scotland. My only compliant was that my time was over too quickly at Altamount! More

Took a weekend trip with 17 friends. We had very comfortable rooms, the premiere rooms were really attractive and very spacious. The 'normal' rooms were very comfortable and met all our requirements.
