Had 4 night break in iow. My daughter had stayed here before so we knew how good it was. For a 2 star it is excellent the food was very good and plentiful. 5 courses for dinner. Take you swim togs as the pool is also very good, and heated.

Another wonderful stay at the Wight Montrene Hotel. We've gone back time and time again because the welcome is always so warm. The hotel is small enough to provide the personal touch, yet has the facilities of a much bigger establishment - the indoor heated swimming pool is excellent. We've already booked to go back in the summer.

We stayed here in February time with our little Jack Russell and a great time. The staff were brilliant, food was plentiful and very tasty. Would recommend if you have a dog because they were very accommodating. We stayed out of season so there wasn't many people about which was fine but overall great value, friendly staff and nice food.

The hotel was a little dated but comfortable the breakfast was excellent and was central to sandown , it had a nice bar and lounge , the pool was warm and steam room hot which was nice only thing I would say it just needs a good days work fixing a few items around pool and a new jacuzzi .... More
