No Registration on arrival. Tea brewed and brought up to our room but no tea or coffee making facilities. No TV. No Alarm clock. No working radio. Hair dryer (old and) not PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) tested and thermal cut out kept activating due to excess dust on intake filter. Radiator - cold, required bleeding and gurgled throughout the night....
