Great few days at St Andrews with Mick & Nava, as usual made to feel like family. Great views of the sea, good breakfast and plenty of fun time together, hope to visit again next year. More

The location in Ventnor is good and the property has good sea views. The hosts are very welcoming, but after a long journey to the Isle of Wight you really just want to put your bags in your room. Rather than have a long chat.. We didnt realise there was a single suppliment for guests staying on their own as... More

As soon as we arrived at the hotel Mick and Nava made us very welcome, you immediately feel more like family than guests. I was booked into a double room with my son but we were given a family room with sea view as this was also available. Its worth trying to get a sea view if you can, the... More

The hosts were great, location was great but still we'd not return. The breakfast was awful frankly, the breakfast room too cramped. And the room was way too small. Not too concerned usually but this definitely was tiny... Would have been OK as a single bedroom but not as a double. And it is in desperate need of renovation. More

Mick & Nava Young made us all very welcome and spent time with us chatting and joining in with our evening games. Lovely location looking out to sea, weather was good as usual. Breakfast good and have already booked again for next year. More

The owners Mick and Nava were lovely and friendly. It is worth paying the little bit extra for a seaview because you see the whole of the bay. Located nicely in town, only a short (but steep) walk down to pubs and restaurants. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. More

We have stayed at St Andrew's every year for the past 10 years. We are always made most welcome and made to feel at home. We have no hesitation in recommending St Andrew's for any length of stay whether for business or leisure. The rooms are first class and the food excellent. The view from the hotel is magnificent. We stayed here about 4 years ago and decided to come back hoping for better weather. And I must admit the sun decided to join us and the whole area comes to life in the warm. St Andrews is a small but well maintained hotel which is in really good condition considering it's age (1830's) with great views over the... More

We have stayed at St Andrew's so many times and have enjoyed every visit, finding our time there relaxing, comfortable and very pleasant. St Andrew's enjoys a wonderful elevated position overlooking the bay of Ventnor, with quite a few rooms with sea view. All the rooms have bath or shower etc. It has its own south facing garden where you... More
