Lovely quaint hotel with good amenities. Fantastic staff who do as much as they can to make your stay the best possible. Gave us a bigger room as it was our 1st wedding anniversary. Good breakfasts, nice hot tub and good views. Shame about the hills you need to walk up from the town! Hotel was quite warm for us... More

Perfect hotel, good amenities but shame the sauna and steam room were not working, also the pool area could do with a deep clean , but overall very satisfied and would definitely stay again, we received a complementary upgrade too!

Second time I have used this hotel because I enjoy its relaxed atmosphere. Great food, very helpful staff and comfy rooms. Have no complaints and would recommend this hotel to any visitor. The hotel is situated away from the town centre and overlooks Sandown Bay. On a clear day the view is quite special.

Tranquil and relaxing suroundings great for a romantic weekend. Great views across the bay. We stayed in Duke suite and it was well worth the price. Comfy sofa, good quality mattress in the bedroom. The bathroom was spotless, big and bright. The only little thing was that it was a bit cold but nothing an extra blanket couldn't fix. Jacuzii... More

My friend and I recently were on a coach trip and stayed here. Everything was excellent and we were treated exceptionally well. The hosts Jim and Carol excelled in the entertainment that was planned. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. The choice of food both at breakfast and dinner was very good and the food cooked to a high... More

Bourne Hall and its staff go the extra mile to ensure you have a great time. Would definitely recommend and revisit. We went during a Victoria themed break and the staff all entered into the spirit of things. Evening entertainment and quizes really made our stay fun. Thanks to Jim and Carole for making us so welcome.

What a lovely building, fabulous views and delightful staff. It is such a shame that corners are being cut, I would expect it in a 2 star but not a 3 star. A single coffee biscuit in the room, no decent biscuits, awful cheap toilet paper, no conditioner, stingy portions at breakfast, what we had was tasted lovely, but 12... More
