This place is rediculous!! Our room had mis matched furntiure that didn't fit in the room, towels rails had fallen off the wall in the bathroom and there was only half the curtains at the window!!!. The staff, howwever, were wonderful and the food very good - go fo dinner but don't stay!! more

Stayed here for 1 night as we were attending a birthday party nearby. The owner was friendly and the hotel is in a good location. It has nice views overlooking the sea. Breakfast was good. more

Stayed for two nights in a twin room, the beds were extremely uncomforable, the springs were sticking through the matress and the beds were not level! The bed linen was clean and adequate. food was good -- but a pasta dish without the pasta is a bit adventurous. The dining area needs a bit of clean-up. And Christmas decorations at the end of March are not really necessary. more

The Bayswell Hotel is set above the Bay at Dunbar and I must admit to spending quite a few hours of my stay for 2 part weeks just looking out the window.
