I stayed for one night at this hotel as I was attending a birthday party, and decided to stay over rather than have to arrange travel back so late at night. It was a November Saturday evening, but it wasn't that cold, and when I got to my room I thought the heating was on. I checked the radiators, but... More

Today we held a 90th birthday party for my mother at the Redcliffe. It was wonderful - lovely staff, food and location and my mother will remember it with very happy memories. Cannot praise them enough.

I am a local to this hotel and have been a member of their Health Club. I can tell you that it is clean and well run and you will enjoy using it. But please stay away from the Beauty Consultant who is impossible to contact and downright rude and unhelpful when you do. I needed to book a treatment... More

The Hotel Management very much regrets the problems this lady has experienced with the beautician, but would like to make it clear that the Beauty Centre is leased out and operated independently by the lessee. We pride ourselves on the service given by our own staff and would request that we are judged on that. More

Visited this hotel for the 4th time last weekend. Stayed there on a dance weekend. Once again the room was very clean, bed comfortable and the food delicious. The swimming pool is well cared for and I enjoyed a daily swim and steam while there. The ballroom has excellent floor and is well suited to dance weekends. The staff are... More

I do not know where to begin. I cannot fault this hotel, wonderful location, top-notch evening meals, first class breakfasts, nice pool, comfortable and clean rooms and, to top things off, lovely staff.

We stayed at the Redcliffe over the Easter weekend and received fantastic service. The facilities are great and the decor is improving year on year. The staff seem to understand how different customers need to be treated in different ways and they respect this. The management will, in my experience try to help iron out any issues that there are.... More

in time (in a good way) Have enjoyed a few days at this hotel, couldn't fault any thing! Our room was well appointed clean and comfortable. The food while not exciting was wholesome and plentiful. The staff were excellent.I think because it is privately owned the staff seem to care more and give good old fashioned service, certainly we had no complaints!.We... More

This may have been a very good hotel in its day. Now it is very tired and needs a lot of upgrading to the rooms and drawing room areas. If you are put into the turret you have to be young and strong to reach there. a lot of the rooms overlook the car park. Make sure you book a... More

I was left a bit disapponted with my visit to this hotel. I stayed here in December 2012 and don't think i'd go back. Things started well, on arrival i was very impressed with the reception and public areas which were which grand. I was told my room would be "In the Tower" which sounded grand especially if the reception... More

I've stayed here for several line dance weekends and this hotel never fails to please. Good old fashioned service - food served to your table so no self-serve queues. There's always plenty to choose from on the menu. The hotel isn't just for dancers but for those who like dancing, there's a maple floored ballroom with plenty of seating and... More
