I am sure if you have a pleasant stay then you are fine, if you have issues the owners turn into completely different people. They do not understand that customer service includes accepting and politely dealing with customer complaints. They become very uncommunicative, unhelpful and nasty! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights for a long weekend in Paignton. The accommodation itself is situated a short walk to the main beach of around 10 minutes. The room was very clean and well maintained and Lloyd and Christine who run the premises were extremely friendly and helpful.
