Had a lovely time I wouldnt go to another b&b ever again when im next in Devon, Beautiful food & room clean warm & felt very sad when I had to leave :) Perfect little walk to Beach front and the town, taxis are very cheap so if needed to go to any other towns will cost very little.

If your going to Paignton stay here. Cannot fault this guest house in anyway, lovely hosts, lovely rooms and lovely breakfast. This guest house is spotless and the decor is so refreshing and modern from the guest rooms to the dining room and sitting room. What i loved were the molten brown toiletries an excellent finishing touch to the bathroom.

stayed 4 nights in july.karen and nick ,the owners, couldnt have been more helpful or welcoming.our room was very comfortable and very clean.the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. we felt thoroughly at home during our stay and would love to visit again. would highly recommend for somewhere to stay. mal and sue norfolk
