Bog standard hotel unclean toilet and shower never seen the cleaner Breakfast could have been better although the location of this hotel is excellent Julie didn't give us a great deal of time to check out after breakfast and was demanding we leave before 9.30 although I was aware check out was 10 to 10.30am

I can honestly say I've lost count of the number of times we've returned now! Always a perfect stay...very welcoming, great breakfasts, ideal location, excellent value for money, home from home (just without the washing up!) We wouldn't even consider stopping anywhere else in the 'English Riviera' area.

Had a fantastic time at st weonards with my friends. Everything was right on the doorstep. The hotel was great and a good price, the owners were really friendly and breakfast was amazing too. I would deffinately recommend this hotel and hope to go back soon. Thanks for a great stay!

Ive recently stopped at this hotel and had a brilliant time. The hotel is lovely and the owners are very friendly. It has a great location, only two minutes walk from the beach, shops and bars. I would definatley stop there again and recommend to friends and family.
