Ignore any bad reviews, we loved it here. Owners were very friendly and helpful, 1 minute walk from the sea, rooms large and clean, FAB breakfasts, 2 minute walk to all the shops etc, would definitly stay again!

we stayed there for a night mum and I and i have to say the bad reviews are all false, both the man and women were LOVELY, I had the full english breakfast and my mum had eggs on toast, it was gorgeous, service was brilliant and room was simple but big, couldnt ask for more, definate return x

good value for money. don't expect too much with the decor, clean and tidy, breakfast.excellent parking would be a problem in the summer but.the location of the guest house is excellent. you get what you pay for and ii would stay again.
