Paul and Carmel were excellent hosts, Paul made us laugh, we throughly enjoyed ourselves. Breakfast was presented lovely no fat or grease on the plate. Plenty of choice of cereals. Rosemead Guest House is ideally situated to all amenities. A 2 minutes walk from the seafront. The owners make you welcome from the minute you enter the premises. All the rooms are cosy, very comfortable and clean. Room 6 is second to none. Thier knowledge of the surrounding area, ie restruants and places to visit are excellent. More

My wife and i stayed in the rose mead on garfield rd for a weekend. We needed to get away for a couple of days, and were lucky enough to find this guest house on line. I like this guest house because they provide you with a free car pass which allows you to park for FREE, otherwise you have to spend £7 a day to park in the multi stori car park. The owners Paul and Carmel were lovely; always very cheery, welcoming and helpful. I cannot fault them at all. However, the B&B itself is a bit outdated, but does cater for your needs, bed, toilet etc. It is difficult to fault Rosemead, as the owners were so lovely. It depends what you want from a holiday.
