Nice large room, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and friendly hosts. Car parking. Just a short hop into Durham city centre, either by car or by local bus, which stops nearby. Although on a main road, it was very quiet. Would recommend.

This guest house is fantastic. Don't look anywere else if looking for a room in Durham. The service is second to none and the breakfast was a absolute delight not to mention the rooms. I had a great nights sleep and will definitely be staying here soon.

Very clean room bed very comfortable and it was nice to have a seperate area with a settee and coffee table rather than having to sit on the bed. Great to have wifi and a tv. Nice decor although a bit fussy, lovely breakfast - easy to get into the town. Great overall would recommend
