What can I say? Another brilliant year at Yelland Farm. Always made to feel extremely welcome, first trip of the year, with hopefully more to follow. Nice clean tidy and warm on a very cold night. Good breakfast and pleasant owner. Free wifi - nice touch in this day and age. Excellent shower good power and plenty of hot water. Milk fresh if you need it. See you again on our next visit to Devon.

I have stayed at Lower Yelland at least 5 times per year over the last 3 years. Peter is very welcoming, the bedrooms (I have probaly used most of them by now!) are clean and fresh and the en suites are ALWAYS immaculate.
