attractive ensuite room, bathroom nice size with bath/shower. very quiet out back of house so slept very well. Easy parking in front of house and 15 minute walk into town for decent restaurants/pubs etc. Hosts provide excellent service and breakfast a hearty feast. One of the best value for money B&B's we have stayed in.

Room 1 is a huge master bedroom and has a large ensuite. Makes you feel like royalty! Service with a smile from all the family. Not even a powercut halted the breakfast service whilst candles were lit and presented in a candleabra! Relaxing and highly recommended.

I have stayed here twice now during the course of my work, Oct 2011 and Apr 2012 for 4 nights each visit, and can honestly say i cannot fault the place. A nice familly atmosphere, great breakfast, and excellent rooms. Would highly recomend. And for a great evening meal try the Chichester arms at Bishops Tawton about 2 miles away.

Everything a b & b should be: great location (easy walk into the town centre, to pubs, to Tesco, to restaurants); easygoing proprietors; comfy, charmingly decorated room with en-suite; hearty breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
