The hotel is in a good position and the room we had was lovely, apart from the bathroom which was dated and the shower was leaking. Dinner in the restaurant however was quite terrible and would not reccomend this to anyone. There looked like some lovely restaurants in Bowness itself and we should have tried one of those instead. more
