Highly recommend this fantastic B&B. Nick and Caroline were both very welcoming, and also helped out with local information and leaflets. Room was perfect, really romantic, comfy bed (didn't want to get out of it in the morning!), nice view of the seaside and breakfast was delicious and filling. Look forward to coming back! I can only echo the other reviews - Nick and Caroline are excellent hosts, the breakfasts are really good, the room very clean with great attention to detail and those little extras which make the stay very comfortable. The parking permit was a great boon. We shall return!

We have just returned from The Seaham what a great place. Right from the time you arrive you are greeted with a warm welcome and the hospitality remains until you check out. You can tell that Nick and Caroline have invested themselves into the Seaham, and put all of the nice touches they would like to find at a hotel... More

Stayed for one night 23rd February really nice place, beach front only five rooms but that makes it so personnel, breakfast was first class,people who own the hotel are very nice down to earth who take pride in there lovely town, will be going back again soon ,
