My husband and I stayed last October and are here now but with family. We have lodges 21 overlooking the lake and number 7 overlooking the pond. Both lodges clean and well equiped. We had a problem with our hot water but was dealt with within 10 minutes of phoning reception. The hot tubs are a nice way to chill... More

We recently stayed at a lodge on the park and the whole experience was amazing. The hottub was brilliant, the fact that they allowed dogs in certain areas off the leads was superb (we stayed at Centre Parcs previously and were very disappointed) The lodge was clean, immaculated presented, and i really can't rave about it enough. We will definitely... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here from friday to monday in dragonfly lodge number 7 around the small pond. After reading reviews on here I notice most reviews favour the larger lake for privacy and views, but I must say I disagree, and if you have a lodge booked around the pond, do not worry. Yes, the lodges do face... More

We had a lovely stay at Dacre park in Lodge 16 - a dog friendly "Bulrush Watersedge" property. The property was beautifully furnished and well equipped with all the basics you need with gates to keep the dog safe on the outside. On arrival there is a few complimentary extras - a couple of dishwasher tablets, a sponge scourer, jay-cloth... More

Just got back today from a long weekend break for my Husband's birthday. Stayed in lodge 3 (dragonfly watersedge) and it was just as clean and modern as the last one, in fact I think we preferred this side of the pond as you get the sun on your balcony in the evening. Had a quick run to Scarborough on... More

We have just returned from a week at Dacre. WE stayed in watersedge cabin 16. Whilst cabin was clean on arrival, the bathrooms were smelly. We soon saw that the local sewage works were a few meters away from our cabin & that this was the source of the dreadful smell. This stench continued to be troublesome at times &... More
