Many of my family stayed for the weekend at this hotel for my sisters wedding. Everybody commented on how lovely the hotel was, the rooms are stylish, very comfortable, very clean and quiet. The staff were brilliant, very helpful and welcoming and very competitent. Breakfast was wonderful and to a very high standard. The evening meal we had in the... More

This hotel was a real surprise. We booked it to visit Legoland not expecting too much. The staff are excellent and made us feel very welcome. The kids got a welcome bag with goodies. The room was nice and the location of the hotel by the Thames is also good. The pool was new and clean and the breakfast buffet... More

My partner took me here for a birthday treat. It was lovely. The bar area has seating next to the river with lovely views. Every single member of staff that we came across was excellent. They all seem to love their jobs and nothing is too much trouble. The food was excellent although a little expensive. Rooms were clean and... More

We stayed for one night at this hotel as we were attending a wedding nearby. First impressions were fantastic, with a large bar area, coffee shop area and patio windows looking straight out to the river. There were plenty of tables outside and a lovely walking path - great for lunch/drinks outside on a sunny day. We arrived a few... More

Staff at he Hotel were very attentive and provided a first class service throughout our two night stay. Breakfast was buffet style with a large variety, but some of the cooked items had been on display too long as they were dry. This is my only criticism. Choice of food for the arranged evening buffet was exceptional.  We had an... More

We bought the room and breakfast special. Yet no breakfast because we left earlier than they were serving. They had said when we booked we could have it in our room at the time we needed. Not. They eventually gave us some bread, cereal, and tea and coffee but got the bread wrong and no cooked breakfast and no refund.... More

This was our second stay at the Runnymede Hotel and we love it every time! Having three small children I'm always a little nervous staying a hotel but they made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. The rooms are really well equipped with a travel cot and bunk beds. The excited children adore all the little extras... More

Stayed here as part of our Thames Path walk and we in fact walked past it earlier in the day, very modern and new looking (if you like that sort of thing) and spotlessly clean. Came back from our walk a bit damp and in need of a drink and the porter was right on hand to take our stuff... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night with work. The room we were allocated was a nice size and had a comfortable king size bed. The pillows and duvet were feather and down so also comfortable. We had a reasonable size bathroom with white company toiletries. The room had a full size kettle and plenty of tea and coffee.... More
