Stayed here with a group of friends during the Easter holidays. We have booked again for later this summer for a festival. The hotel was well located near the metro centre with easy access to Newcastle city centre.

Usual nice and clean hotel but try and get yourself on the second floor, I was on the first, room 43, dual aspect windows that both overlooked the roof! Great hotel, really handy for Metro Centre (would not recommend walking distance for young children). Tybarn restaurant next door was excellent, loads of choice for adults and children. Dinner for 4 -£31, bit much I though for a kids buffet but we made the most of it!

Stayed here when visiting our son in Newcastle. Staff all very friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, and fabulous breakfast at Taybarns. Absolute value for money and would recommend to a friend.
