Stayed here Saturday 29th October for one night. This is a guest house not a hotel. We paid £52 for the room including Breakfast which was excellent value. We were relocated on arrival to an annex further up the road. Not what we had expected. The room was small with a tiny en-suite shower. Room fixtures and fittings were old and well worn. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Red House, close to railway station and amenities, quiet area. . Staff were warm and friendly, en suite room was clean and comfortable with its own microwave and fridge, free wi fi access too. And to start the day , a hearty breakfast with full english cooked to order, would stay here again. More
