hello there would like you to know that as from the 20th of september 2006 the waverley hotel was taken over by new owners and we have spent over7 months doing a total refurb! it is now a great hotel with new friendly staff new owners new look. so if your in great yarmouth for a holiday why not come...
We arrived at the hotel and was shown to our twin bedded room, on the way up to the room we found that the corridors had a terrible musty smell and were very narrow. When we reached the room we were not very happy at all and there was some very disturbing dirt around the shower rim and toilet, so... more
very unprofesionally run meals just edible if you like gravey on everything even omellets breakfast very basic rooms not made clean towels only if you ask for them at reception. not reccomended more
Substandard unclean rooms and unsatifactory unprofessional service. Breakfast unedible. Will definately not be returning or recommending. more
Sorry but digs for builders is about the best way to describe this hotel. The bar is ok and the food is good but the rooms are distinctly 70s with antwacky furniture and knobbly beds. In middle of town centre though, and all restaurants are within walking distance + the sea. more
