Lovely place, friendly and clean. Stayed in room 10 on the top floor, spacious room and en suite. Mick and May are brilliant hosts, more than happy to help and easy to talk to. Top notch breakfast too, overall a great stay. Would definitely recommend!

An extremely good guest house, rooms very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. Food delicious and hosts sympathetic to all dietary needs. A warm and friendly Welcome followed by quality room, food and service. Would recommend highly to anyone.

This was my second visit to sandy acers and it cant be faulted, May and Mick are so welcoming and plessent, they really go the extra mile for you. the rooms are beautiful and the standard is so high. i would recomend this to anyone and will be returning myself.

may and mick are lovely, cup of tea on our arrival and a chat.room was nice and clean everything you could need in there aswell. the breakfast was 5 star.great location for town and pier etc.would definately stay there again.karen and bryan.
