We first stayed in Cockle Warren in March 2011 and returned in March 2012. We plan to return in March 2013! On both occasions, we stayed in Room One which is a lovely double room with sea view. The bed is so comfy and the room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is great and the flexible timing is lovely... More

Stayed here a little off season so the town was very quite, however you are close to many other towns & cities if you want a bit more to do (we did'nt). We chose this lovely b&b because they allowed our two terriers to stay as well, we were accomodated in the 'Stable Block'. which was fantastic, breakfast was brilliant,... More

Was very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Beautiful beach front location and the front of the place was immaculate. We were met and warmly welcomed. We had room 6 which was a stable style room at the front. It was a fantastic room which I can only describe as immaculate. For a b b/ hotel I can honestly say its... More

Kate the owner was a lovely lady who met our needs due to our baby of 18months. They supplied the travel cot in our room, which was nice. Our room was room 4. Amazing room with a great view, make sure you get this room! Breakfast was really nice and a great atmosphere as well. Kate knows the area very... More

This has to be 'a must stay at' hotel. The owner Kate is a wonderfully vibrant and chatty person and nothing is too much effort for her. The rooms are of a nice size and very comfortable with en suite and tv and tea/coffee making facilities. You can sit in the downstairs lounge for as long as you like and... More

Stayed here for a friend's wedding and we really enjoyed our stay The location is great - overlooking the Solent and right on the main street, with a few pubs nearby I would say that the bathrooms were a little on the small side, but the room was great all in all. Breakfast was nice and Kate was an extremely... More

Excellent room, excellent service, nothing was too much trouble for hyperactive landlady (Kate??). Only too happy to toast my gluten-free bread and knew all about gluten-free. Good value for money. Only too happy to recommend other visitors to Hayling Island to stay there! More
