First impression....... the car park, very very small spaces so much so that you just know other guests are going to open their doors into the side of your car doors! This is a typical travellers' type of hotel, efficient but possessing zero character. We used this Hotel, as it was very convenient for us to do so. Our stay was just one night. The staffs are friendly. The room clean, warm and comfortable, but the bathroom and the bath are tired. I've read some of the reviews and I agree....the hotel is tired and the public areas are in need of upgrading....yes there are beer stains on the corridor carpets and they have a musty smell.....but you're paying around 70 quid for a hotel ideally located just off the M11 a damn sight cheaper than most of the accomodation in London....
