Following an excellent meal and an enjoyable meeting in the pleasant surroundings of the function suite (although slightly warm) my evening (2/1104) was soured by a scowling barmaid in the main bar who could not force a smile all night, threw empty bottles with an almighty crash into the bin and did not offer ice and slice with any shorts.... more

Stayed here for 2 nights and couldn't fault it. Reception staff, restaurant staff and bar staff were excellent. With comfortable rooms and really nice atmosphere, we will go back. more

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel and I would defy anyone not to enjoy their stay. The leisure facilities are first class. Food is excellent, served on hot plates(you don't always get that).
