The welcome as a little off hand but as this is a guest house and not a hotel you can't expect a 24hr concierge service. Fabulous little bed and breakfast on Lowestoft Seafront, very reasonably priced. Loads of free parking . The room where we stayed was very comfortable, views of the sea with tea and coffee facilities in the room. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby.
