This is a lovely little b&b. You are the only guest as there's just one room off the main house where the family live. You have your own entrance and a separate bathroom. Pinecroft is an ideal spot for peace in the New Forest. Open the garden gate and you are in the forest. The annexe is self-contained with it's own front door leading into a hallway. The bathroom has been refurbished. The small child that disturbed the guests was another guest's baby and we only do the one room now. The price is £35pppn and half price for children. Privacy wise the room has it's own gate off the forest, outside seating area, front door and breakfast room. More
