A very welcoming and friendly place to stay. The rooms are a good size and exceptioally clean, breakfast is varied and plentiful and the location is great. Sue is a fab host and both my wife and I enjoyed our stay thorougly and would not hesitate for a moment in staying there again. Highly recommended! More

I stayed one night before travelling to the isle of wight early the next day. Sue was extremely welcoming & even allowed me to store my bike in their garage over night. Room was cosy & nicely appointed. I recommend fully! More

We had and overnight stay at Auplands to save us driving home after a party and the hosts Sue and Graham were more than welcoming. The B & B is centrally located, plenty or off road parking and with an easy walk into town. The room we stayed in was spacious, spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. It included very comfortable... It is the third time my husband and I have stayed at Auplands and everything as always was perfect for us. The room, very clean and comfortable, the breakfast, fresh fruit and cereals followed by traditional full cooked or continental , and the location being right next to the high street means no need for the walking boots or to... I probably hit it on a bad day, but there was no "warm welcome"; I almost got the feeling it was an inconvenience having me there, so why take the booking? I parked in the only space available (there is no on-road parking) but then had to move the car, which involved the owner's car being moved. Not good on... More

I stayed at Auplands with my wife for two nights in September this year. This B&B satisfied all our requirements and we had no cause for disappointment in any area. Sue and Graham were very welcoming and helpful. Some reviewers had a problem with the request to choose a breakfast time the night before, but we can not understand why... More

Just returned from our fourth stay at Auplands and as always found it very enjoyable and friendly. Sue and Graham are great hosts and are always helpful with finding new places to go and things to do. Auplands is in a perfect location for catching buses, eating out, pubs and the New Forest or just strolling along the high street... More

We had a lovely stay over the bank holiday weekend. This is a perfect location for exploring Lymington, very close to the main street leading to the harbour. Friendly service and delicious breakfasts every day. Comfortable bed and a good sized room with en suite. Close to the station too, for those (like us) without a car. More
