This hotel is cheap but that is where the ok things end. Car park is very expensive. There are no extra pillows, one persons, room was unclean, bathroom was vile, bin hadnt been empties. Just dont stay there. More

Staff helpful and courteous but oh the place is in need of a major refit. My room was shabby and the bathroom was in need on a steam clean to get rid of the mold. Windows were filthy and moldy. Shower pressure was weak but the water was hot. Premier Inn next time! More

Stayed here one night. The staff are very nice, the hotel is run down but value for money. However, the hot water and borrowed iron are serious health and safety issues. Having stayed in other Travelodges have come across problems with their irons before. This one instantly ruined a good pair of trousers ie was red hot immediately it was... More

I booked this hotel whilst away in Warrington for before reading the reviews. I'm glad I read them before I went because I didn't know there was no restaurant, yet I was booked on a Bed and "Breakfast" rate. The hotel is only 5 minutes or so from Warrington Bank Quay Station and a five minute walk from the town... More

Hotel needs a refit badly. It's a bit battered, and public area seemed a bit tatty. My room was clean enough, bed ok. Staff were friendly and helpful. Place needs a refit. Would probably stay at j21 Premier in preference. More

Booked this hotel for a saturday night stay and after a lengthy complaint with a very unhelpful member of staff left and headed out for Premier Inn. This is why... The room on arrival had a strong smell of raw sewage, the bin in the filthy bathroom had not been emptied and contained women's sanitary items!!! We were then escorted... More

The hotel is close to the town centre and Warrington Central Station. It's quite an old travelodge and needs a bit of TLC. I had bits of bare plaster in my room that needed painting. There's no bar or restaurant but you can get a breakfast grab bag delivered to your room before 7am with a croissant, a muffin, some... More

A dirty, ill equipped and generally shabby hotel. The sheets were stained, the carpet sticky and there were more hairs in the bathroom than on most Alsation dogs! Do not stay unless forced to. More

The hotel is very central - I found it very easy from Warrington Central Train Station, a 5min walk. Town was a 2min walk - loads of shops!! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has seating area and two vending machines on entrance which is nice. I found the stairs in not so good state... More

My two adult sons stayed for 3 nights because of the convenience to the town. Breakfast was served in a doggy bag on 2 mornings only - they didn't have enough for the middle morning! Disgraceful! No bar, no restaurant, basically just a bed for the night. I had booked a twin room for them which turned out to be... More
