Very clean and spacious room with tea and coffee and a comfortable bed. Quiet and secure with lovely owners that are so helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended. I live in a small house and would have no problem booking them into this B & B when people visit. Very central and within a short walking distance to Ashford town.

I chose it for its perfect location to the business I was working in. I had a uniformly pleasant stay, something that's not always possible to say as I spent a combined total of 5 weeks there. In particular I would like to emphasize the friendliness of the staff. Felt very well taken care of and can fully recommend it.

The room was well equipped and very clean. Adriano is very kind owner, very pleasant host and the service was excellent. Thank you very much for that night. I would like highly recommend for everyone.

Very friendly service. Rooms a bit small, but well equipped. Adrian is a very pleasant host and takes pride in his business. The guest house in very close to the central town area with all the shops and restaurants. I will definitely enquire for a booking there on my next trip.

We stayed at The Hayesbank for bed & breakfast for one night while visiting family in Ashford. The location suited our needs perfectly and off road parking was a bonus. I had and brilliant stay here whilst on business. It has spacious rooms with good fittings. The service is friendly and flexible.
