This hotel is in a great location just off the M40 Banbury junction. The rooms are of a good size with a large king size bed. There bathroom is compact and has a shower cubicle with no bath. I booked one month before visit. I have to see some races at Silverstone. Service was good and friendly, room (with bathroom and TV) was very clean. Breakfast was 'big' and good quality. Free carpark, good bar with bear and drinks. More

We wanted an inexpensive hotel in or near Banbury and Holiday Inn Express fitted the bill. Easy to find from the M40 too. Ample parking. Good, friendly, helpful staff. This hotel has the potential to be excellent. Unfortunately, it isn't. The plates, cups and cutlery at breakfast were filthy every day, even though we complained. For what we paid this was quite a good 'roadstop' hotel for our trip. Its not really near anything much to do within walking distance, but the hotel was tidy enough, service was friendly, good sized carpark, breakfast was totally fine.
