I stayed in Chandos House for one night en route to France. The cost was reasonable and the location convenient to ferry port. Though not en-suite, the single room was comfortable and clean. The largeand well-equipped shared bathroom was close by. Breakfast was good and the proprietor friendly and helpful. I would use this place again. More

Nicley deocrated and clean place, everything was in good supply and well-presented. Breakfast good though not memorable. Convenient for town and easy to find. All in all excellent value. I had a signle room for 1 night,before catching the ferry to France.I read some very unfair reviews about this place. I found it very easy to find,very clean room with TV,free WiFi,and the breakfast was excellent.
