We stayed for one night and had the tasting menu with wines. The level of service and standard of food was exceptional. We had the spa area to ourselves for an hour in the morning but it did start to get busy with the day spa guests later on. Great location for breaking our journey to Wales! More

In spite of refurbishment in progress during our stay this was less of a problem than in some hotels operating at full power! Excellent service and an upgrade to an Atrium suite certainly helped to make it an occasion. Service was exceptional and food and, naturally, wine, were faultless.
