I booked the four poster room for a special occasion, and requested by email that an ice bucket, champagne flutes and bathrobes be in the room when we arrived. Stayed here for 2 days and booked a deluxe double room.
I have to start by saying the hotel is nice and the room was large, spacious and pleasant although the bathroom was very tired and clearly needed some tlc (mouldy sealant around the sink etc).
