Booked a last minute break to Scarborough at the Ambassador hotel. The room was small, we had booked a double room but got 2 singles pushed together with the bedding spread over both. Thank you for posting your review, I am sorry that your stay did not meet with your expectations. We have several rooms equipped with Zip & Link or Flexi beds. These can be used as twin single beds or zipped together to become a large double. We find that this bed type offers greater flexibility in meeting our guests requirements...
Had a great stay at The Ambassador - recommended to us by friends and it didn't disappoint. Stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms very spacious, contemporary decor - lots of hot water & power shower, and an amazing view - the sunshine helped! having stayed at this hotel many times over the years with are friends out of season we were suprised at the refubished room .what a difference.the staff as always could not do enough for us.and also the food was first class.we would not stay in any other hotel in scarboruogh.well done to all staff.k.sanders more

After my arrival at the hotel, I registered and went to my bedroom. I noticed the loo didn't look clean although the loo paper was nicely triangled so decided to check the bed.
