Shabby, Dirty, outdated rooms, tea stains, damaged beds, poor hygiene, shower gel empty......... need i say more!! this is in no way a 4 star B&B - breakfast was ok and plentiful - I would never stop here again and certainly wouldnt recommend. More

Stayed here one sunday night whilst visiting the folk festival. Typical B&B nice and clean, very helpful owner, parking cost £2, breakfast not the best I've had but nice and hot and plentiful. More

Nice friendly owner but bedroom in need of decorating. Great views but bathroom wall full of holes and bedroom carpet stained.Could do with updating. Breakfast quite good and Martin would provide variations if asked. Could do with a menu though. Location is nice and quiet and handy for both town centre and North bay. More
