We found the room to be of good size, clean, well equipped and with a nice view of the sea (shame about the grey day!) The clientèle were a mixture of young families and couple (30s ~ pensioners). Excellent food, suburb cooked breakfast with a generous breakfast buffet (fruit, cheeses, yoghurts etc.). We had the evening meal once which was very good and would recommend for anyone staying here. It was also good value at £13.95 for 4 courses. My only negative was the supply of toiletries and tea/ coffee could have been more generous, for example 1... More

We chose Norlands because my Mum is coeliac (needs gluten-free diet) and this hotel caters specially for this. This family-run hotel was very clean and comfortable and the proprietors were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size, beds were comfy and the towels were soft.
