This will be the 2nd time i have stayed here with a friend. A warm welcome and a fantastic breakfast.

Would just like to thank Annie for a warm and welcoming stay in August 2011. Service was a very high standard and the rooms were cosy and clean. A bit small and cramped at times, however, a pleasant experience, and if it's a friendly and inviting atmosphere you're after - look no further!

Stayed at Annies for 3 nights in August, what can I say fantastic! The welcome/ the room/ the service/the food. Annie and her staff were very friendly. I would reccommend Annies to anyone. The warm friendly atmosphere makes it a home from home.

Once again the service was up to its normal high standard, the rooms are very clean, Annie is great, she is very friendly and her home cooked breakfast is first class, thanks once again.

Stayed for two nights and was very impressed. If you want a clean (crisp sheets) good value, friendly place to stay then look no futher! Have paid three times the price elsewhere and Annies is the best value for money B&B I have ever stayed in. Highly recommended

We had our honey moon at Annie's and we wanted to move in never felt so welcome can't wait to go back Annie abf Gregg really nice people providing exactly what you want thank you so much we even had a bottle of bubbly waiting as I mentioned we were on honeymoon fantastic

stopped at Annies for 12 months March 2010 to March 2011. the rooms were all very well presented,clean and tidy. Annie was very accommidating and would do what she could to make my stay as pleasant as possible. would reccommend for a working stay and a family stay as i stopped here with my wife and two children in August...
