A lovely warm welcome from Carys and Kevin, help with luggage to room. The room with double bed and bunks was a good size, the bathroom was too, with a nice bath rather then a shower,( wall paper starting to peel and unfinished tile work in the corners on the plaster board). good location, in town close to beach. we stayed in the family room lot of stairs was worth the climb to the top of the hotel great view over looking the sea. Clean and friendly nice breakfast :) plenty of variety and parking was only a 5 minute walk away. overall very good hotel
