First can i say, thank you very much for a most relaxing break. just what we needed, Everything was perfect, rooms nice and clean, beautiful white sheets, and plenty of hot water. Difficult to assess with hotel closing for further refurbishment during the winter. Room was fine and food well presented and varied. Staff were not up to speed but that maybe was the result of the impending closure of the hotel. Come next year when re-opened will likely re-visit when we would expect the staff standards to have also improved. More

Had a great overnight stay in this hotel and cannot understand the previous bad comments left by other visitors. Suite was very spacious and warm. Good location, helpful staff. Only issue was the room 8 was directly above the main sitting room which was very busy so no sleep afforded until the last resident had retired. I would think this the same for all the rooms situated above the main sitting room. Apart from that.. Fine More
