This is my second stay at the tranquil otter and it was so good to go back. As soon as you walk in to the log cabin you feel relaxed. I travelled with my partner and little boy and he loved it, he loved feeding the ducks, and overlooking the lake is so lovely. Very Very peaceful and very clean.... more

Good friendly customer service, great directions to the place (no need for sat nav !). Some teenagers might find facilities quiet, however our kids enjoyed having time to play family board games, reading and the boat. They even have a chinese that delivers, couldn't ask for any more.. 10 out of 10. more
