The hotel is just off the A12, and, if it's helpful to anybody, opposite an enormous Sainsbury's store. The leisure facilities were very impressive - and included in the price - consisting of a pool (big enough to swim lengths in), jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a gym. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful both at reception and in the bar. The hotel was great for our large group. Stayed here for 3 nights in August. The rooms were spacious and clean.
