Due to my work, I travel a lot and this hotel turned out to be a real gem, especially when compared to other English hotels. Cosy atmosphere, the staff trully interested in you and your needs. Rooms are spacious, free wi fi, and a heater which came in handy especially at night. I absulutely loved it! more
Perfect for a stopover in South Yorkshire. Welcoming staff and a perfectly fine room. The grouting around the bath could to with a good clean but otherwise the accommodation was spotless. This hotel is run by the Keary family and has a friendly feel to it as soon as you walk in the door. It is only half a mile from the motorway and yet is in a quiet location. Arrived late at night to be met by helpful, friendly receptionist. Explained that would be leaving before normal breakfast hours but they offered me an earlier breakfast time. On the way back from the bar was wished a good night. Those personal touches are rarely found nowadays. more
